Shipping and returns

The work

Every work in the store is an original by KRITOR. A work listed as an original is one of one: when it is sold, it is gone from the store. The photographs show the work itself; colours can look a little different from one screen to another.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe; KRITOR never sees your card number. Nothing is charged until you submit your order.

Shipping

Works are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. If your country is not on the list, email info@kritor.au before you order.

Each work is packed flat or rolled, depending on its size. Postage is charged per work, to the country it is going to, and is shown at checkout before you pay. The delivery estimate for each work is on its page.

Duties and taxes

A work sent overseas can be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees when it arrives. They are set by the destination country, are not included in the price or the postage, and are paid by the person receiving the work.

All sales final

Each work is one of a kind and is sold as photographed and described, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check the photographs and the size before you order. This does not take away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Order issues

If a work arrives damaged, or is not the work you ordered, email info@kritor.au as soon as you can with your name, the email address you used at checkout, the name of the work and a photograph, and we will put it right.
